License	Status Description
Active	This license is active and in good standing
Expired	The expiration date has passed on this license, and licensee has not renewed
Inactive	This license is no longer active, but is eligible to reactivate. It could be due to Administrative Suspension, Retirement etc. Please refer to the Sub-status listed on your License
Lapsed	This license remains in an un-renewed state past its expiration date for a designated grace period
Suspended	The license has been suspended as a result of disciplinary actions
Surrendered	This license has been voluntarily given up by the licensee as a result of disciplinary actions
Revoked	This license has been removed as a result of disciplinary actions
Closed	This license can no longer be re-activated
